Our team’s objective is to build a supportive team of MS Warriors and MS Support Heroes and to motivate those in the MS community to exercise. We are also passionate about fundraising for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and we use the DIY MS platform.
It is not a requirement to fundraise to be part of the team, but it is highly encouraged to help support the MS Society’s mission to end MS forever.

We are passionate about fundraising for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and we use their DIY MS platform. Since 2018, we have raised over $142,500 for MS research and support services.
It is not a requirement to fundraise to be part of the team, but it is highly encouraged to help support the MS Society’s mission to end MS forever.
We do request all team members donate a minimum of $40 each year they join the team, irrespective of attending one of our featured events (in-person) or joining the worldwide team (formerly “virtual team”).
The 2023 team benefits included fully sublimated shirts in soft tech fabric and a festive post-race celebration dinner for those who traveled to Columbus. We also promoted fun-themed RAMMS 5K Your Way (with raffle prize) events.
For 2024, our magnanimous sponsors Hanger Clinic, Thuasne USA and Full Implant Choice have committed to supporting post-race celebration dinners in Mesa and Hartford. New 2024 team shirts will be provided to all in-person participants and members on the Worldwide Team. Again, a $40 donation is requested from everyone who joins RAMMS in 2024. We will continue 5K Your Way in 2024 and hopefully do other fun things online like Trivia Nights.
Our Confidence Football Pool is not included in the $40 donation. There is a buy-in because we play for weekly and end-of-season opportunity prizes. Approximately 45% of the buy-in is donated to the fundraiser.

Distance and Sport
Complete any distance you want and do any sport/exercise you wish. The goal is to be active!
Drawing
The MS Soceity will be providing really nice Finish MS branded wearable prizes for 3 winners!
For every 5K Your Way you do, you will receive one entry into the drawing. The more months you participate, the more entries you will receive.
The drawing will be in October.

RAMMS 5K Your Way from Pictures 2023
A look back on some fun (and funny) pictures!
RAMMS 5 for 5 was our response to race cancellations in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. We rolled out a motivational team building tool called “RAMMS 5 for 5.” We held a virtual 5K and each participant donated $5 per race to our MS fundraiser. Each race had a fun theme like Crazy Socks, Enchanted Unicorn Forest, and Lost in Pace. And as the fundraiser evolved, people joined by doing any sport. The important part was to be engaged.
RAMMS 5 for 5 was a popular way to keep motivation high for exercising, tie us together through our fun themes, keep the COVID-19 pounds away (to some extent!), and raise money for the MS Society.
