- Helsinki Marathon, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon and 10K on August 24, 2024
- The Big Half Marathon and Relay in London on September 1, 2024
- Hartford Marathon, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon and 5K on October 19, 2024
If you cannot attend one of the events above, then join our Worldwide Team. Our dynamic teammates participate by doing their favorite sport, exercise or activity from their home city. It is because of this special group that we have the global reach to impact MS communities around the world.

Information about our Worldwide Team
Event Date: Worldwide participants can do their event any day or time. Most try to do their event the same weekend as an in-person event.
Distance and Activity: Teammates can choose any distance or sport they wish. In the past, people have done the following:
- Organized a neighborhood 5K, 10K or a marathon with family and friends… or with a miniature horse!
- Ran an entirely different local race on the same weekend as the featured event while wearing the RAMMS team shirt
- Ran on treadmills and indoor tracks where the weather is harsh like Antarctica, Alaska and Minnesota
- Mapped out urban walking tours
- Hiked up mountains and along wooded trails
- Cycled long distance outside or indoors on a Peloton
- Swam long and short distances in pools, lakes, and oceans
- Participated in other ocean sports like prone paddle boarding, SUP, and kite surfing
- At-Home activities like weightlifting, elliptical machine, rowing machine, yoga, and 10-minute HIIT
- Rock wall climbing
- Organized a duathlon and a sprint triathlon
- Participated at exciting events like color runs, cross-fit contests and corn maze solving
